Where will my device be repaired?

A. If you opt in for our free of cost mail in repair service your device will be repaired at our automated and certified repair hub at Gurugram or Bangalore, it depends on your PIN code, part availability and workload. It’s automatically selected by our system depending on the above factors.

What should i do before handing over my device?

A. We always recommend you to backup your device if possible as some of the repairs require data to be wiped out, this will only be done after consulting with you. If your device has repair mode available we request you to put your device in repair mode and turn it off. We also recommend removing any accessories with the device such as case, SIM card, S-pen etc.

How should i pack my device to handover to our courier Partner?

A. You need to pack the device in a secured box and properly seal it using tape etc. Once it’s ready hand it over to courier Executive, you don’t need to write or print any address on the box as it will be processed by our courier partner themself.
